Job summary

Charterhouse Resources Singapore is seeking a motivated manufacturing support professional to join our production team. The role involves product testing, troubleshooting, and ensuring production readiness in a cleanroom environment.

You will diagnose issues, support RCA with Engineering and QA, and contribute to continuous improvement while upholding safety and quality standards. Shifts rotate Day/Night with overtime as required.

Qualifications

• Comfortable working in a cleanroom environment.
• Able to work rotating Day/Night shifts and overtime.
• Basic experience in manufacturing, assembly, testing, or troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Perform product testing, troubleshooting, and rework to ensure product quality and production readiness.
• Diagnose technical issues, support root cause analysis (RCA), and work closely with Engineering and QA teams to resolve production problems.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives while maintaining manufacturing, safety, and quality standards.
