Job summary

Wecruit Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a production operator to support daily production activities according to the production schedule. You will perform filling operations with hydrogen peroxide and ammonium hydroxide, handle containers, complete packing tasks, and follow QMS, EMS, and OHS protocols.

You will monitor process parameters, record readings, operate handheld equipment and NAV system transactions, and wear PPE as required to ensure safe, compliant operations in a fast-paced

Responsibilities

• Report to the Production Supervisor and support daily production activities in accordance with the production schedule.
• Perform filling operations for hydrogen peroxide and ammonium hydroxide while meeting specified production and quality requirements.
• Carry out container preparation, washing, inspection, conveyor handling, palletizing, strapping, packaging inspection, shrink wrapping, material handling, and barcode printing.
• Follow established QMS, EMS, OHS, and standard operating procedures.
• Monitor process parameters, record readings on check sheets, and report deviations from approved operating limits.
• Operate required handheld equipment and perform assigned NAV system transactions.
• Carry out basic maintenance tasks within the scope of training and authorization.
• Support production-line improvement initiatives and maintain good housekeeping in the production area.
• Wear the required PPE and comply with chemical-handling procedures and all applicable workplace safety requirements.
• Perform other relevant duties assigned by the Production Supervisor or authorized superior.
