Job summary

Wecruit Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a Production Operator to support daily production operations under the Production Supervisor, ensuring schedules, output targets, and quality requirements are met.

You will perform chemical filling with hydrogen peroxide and ammonium hydroxide per approved procedures, manage packaging, inspection, handling, and basic maintenance, while following SOPs and safety rules.

Responsibilities

• Support daily production operations under the direction of the Production Supervisor to achieve production schedules, output targets, and quality requirements.
• Carry out chemical filling operations involving hydrogen peroxide and ammonium hydroxide in accordance with approved procedures and specified quality standards.
• Execute production-line activities, including container preparation, inspection and washing, conveyor loading and unloading, palletizing, strapping, packaging checks, shrink wrapping, material handling, receiving, and barcode printing.
• Follow established QMS, EMS, and OHS requirements to maintain product quality, environmental compliance, and workplace safety.
• Check and record process parameters at designated intervals, verify that readings fall within approved operating ranges, and report deviations promptly.
• Operate assigned handheld tools, production equipment, and NAV system functions according to approved work instructions.
• Perform routine basic maintenance within the scope of assigned duties and report equipment faults or abnormalities to the appropriate personnel.
• Participate in production-line improvement activities to reduce operational issues and improve productivity and process consistency.
• Maintain good housekeeping practices and ensure the production area remains clean, orderly, and free from avoidable hazards.
• Use the required PPE and follow chemical-handling, emergency-response, and other applicable safety procedures.
• Observe SOPs, work instructions, and production-line operating requirements at all times.
• Undertake other relevant production duties assigned by the Production Supervisor, subject to appropriate training and safety requirements.
