Job summary

AlwaysHired Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Production Operator to oversee daily production operations, ensuring productivity, quality yield, and efficient machine utilization.

The role includes process control, routine checks, and preventive maintenance across plant hardware. You will support engineers with spare parts inventory and participate in cost-reduction initiatives. Join a 4-3-3-4 shift pattern with salary up to SGD 3,000 plus shift, transport, and medical allowances, plus AWS and a variable

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily production operations, ensuring productivity, efficiency, quality yield, and machine utilization targets are met.
• Perform process control, routine checks, verifications, and basic repair work.
• Execute periodic and preventive maintenance for hardware and system software.
• Maintain maintenance records for plant equipment such as air compressors, vacuum pumps, and transformers.
• Support Engineers in managing spare parts inventory to minimize production downtime.
• Ensure operations comply with the company’s quality policies, objectives, and customer requirements.
• Assist Process Engineers with continuous improvement initiatives and cost-reduction programs.
• Support Production Supervisor in preventing product non-conformities.
• Adhere to workplace health & safety practices and cooperate with EHS initiatives.

Working Hours: 7:20am – 7:30pm / 7:20pm – 7:30am (Monthly Rotation)
