The role includes process control, routine checks, and preventive maintenance across plant hardware. You will support engineers with spare parts inventory and participate in cost-reduction initiatives. Responsibilities

• Oversee daily production operations, ensuring productivity, efficiency, quality yield, and machine utilization targets are met.
• Perform process control, routine checks, verifications, and basic repair work.
• Execute periodic and preventive maintenance for hardware and system software.
• Maintain maintenance records for plant equipment such as air compressors, vacuum pumps, and transformers.
• Support Engineers in managing spare parts inventory to minimize production downtime.
• Ensure operations comply with the company’s quality policies, objectives, and customer requirements.
• Assist Process Engineers with continuous improvement initiatives and cost-reduction programs.
• Support Production Supervisor in preventing product non-conformities.
• Adhere to workplace health & safety practices and cooperate with EHS initiatives.
