Job summary

EA RECRUITMENT PTE. LTD. in Singapore West is looking for a production technician to operate precision spring machinery with 12-hour shifts (7am–7pm or 7pm–7am), four days a week from Monday to Thursday.

Basic salary 2,600–3,200 SGD + AWS + variable bonus, plus excellent welfare and career progression. Responsibilities include setting up tooling, running the machine per schedule, coordinating with QA, inspecting daily outputs, updating records, and ensuring timely material and production order

Qualifications

• Possess minimum GCE ‘N’ Level / Nitec in any Engineering or relevant qualification.
• Ability to handle Precision Spring machine. (Preferred to have minimum 1 year experience with the Itaya machine).

Responsibilities

• Perform tooling set up the machine as per the weekly planned schedule and run the machine according to the quantity planned.
• Operate and run the Precision Spring machine with programming.
• Able to resolve the arbor/ cutter burr.
• Liaise with QA for qualification of set-ups and works in progress.
• Perform daily machine inspection and record as per Work Instructions.
• Requisite material as per planned production order for daily activities.
• Change material coils and proper scan & record without error.
• Closure of production order and material return.
• Update daily production records such as machine timesheet, machine utilization, and rejects.
• Before up the tool, ensure the job order material requires sufficient.
• Any other duties as assigned by superior and/or management.
