Job summary

Manfield Employment Services Pte Ltd is seeking a plant operator to support daily production in a chemical/process manufacturing setting in Singapore. You will operate and monitor production processes, follow SOPs and safety rules, and work in shifts if required.

We value hands-on team players with basic troubleshooting skills and a willingness to learn and follow instructions. This role offers on-site work, opportunities to gain practical engineering experience, and collaboration with engineers

Qualifications

• NITEC or Diploma in a related field (chemical/process engineering, mechanical, electrical, engineering, science).
• Experience in process, production, chemical plant, polymer, manufacturing or operations advantageous.
• Able to work in plant, production or manufacturing environment.
• Willing to perform hands-on work and follow shift arrangements.
• Able to follow SOP, safety procedures and work instructions.
• Basic troubleshooting, equipment operation or process monitoring knowledge is an advantage.
• Responsible, safety-conscious, eager to learn and able to work in a team.
