Job summary

ALLIED MFG PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks a hands-on supervisor for metal parts assembly and packing. You will manage a team, ensure timely packaging, and oversee processes from labeling to laser marking and color printing. The role emphasizes maintaining equipment and meeting shipping deadlines.

Experience in metal products and ability to lead a team of at least five are preferred. This challenging position requires vigilance in fast-paced production settings and constant process improvement.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in assembly and packing environments, preferably in fast-moving consumer goods.
• Experience working in a metal product company is advantageous.
• Ability to manage at least a 5-person team.
• Capability to ensure packing goods are prepared and ready to ship at least one week ahead.

Responsibilities

• Assemble metal parts and pack according to job orders or POs.
• Process re-threading of metal parts after painting.
• Ensure parts are packed and secured for long-distance transportation.
• Maintain packing equipment and schedule maintenance with 5S on the production floor.
• Take up dedicated projects and ensure packaging is complete and ready to send before delivery date.
• Labeling and parts printing for all metal parts; prepare packing list.
• Understand and operate Laser Mark Machine & Printing Machine (Software & Hardware).
• Perform Laser Marking for aluminium, stainless steel and other metals.
• Perform Color Printing for metal parts.
• Resolve technical issues independently.
• Conduct routine checks on assigned machines; update maintenance reports daily.
• Duties assigned by immediate superior.

• Assemble metal parts & Pack all the parts in accordance to Job Order or PO.
• Process Re-Threading of all Metal Parts after painting process.
• Ensure parts are pack & secure for long distance transportation.
• Maintain all packing equipment in top working condition by scheduling all maintenance needs, repair and applying 5S in production floor.
• Take up dedicatedprojects and ensure the packaging is competed and ready to send before delivery date.
• Labelling, parts printing of all metal parts and prepare Packing list.
• Understand the usage of Laser Mark Machine & Printing machine. (Software & Hardware)
• Perform Laser Marking for all Alu, Stainless Steel and Metals parts.
• Perform Color Printing for Alu, Stainless Steel and Metals parts.
• Resolve Technical issue immediately independently.
• Perform routine check on machine(s) and equipment(s) assigned. Ensure that maintenance report is updated daily.
• Duties assign by immediate Superior.

Job Requirements

• at least 3 years experiences in Assembly and packing environments in fast moving paste.
• Have work in Metal product Company will be advantage.
• Ensure Packing goods are prepared and ready to shipped at least one week ahead.
• Ability to in charge of at least 5 man team.
