Dynamic Human Capital Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a hands-on Electronics Assembler to perform assembly, wiring, soldering, and testing of electronic and electrical products. You will read basic schematics, handle PCB soldering, and assemble control panels in accordance with drawings and work instructions.
The role requires good soldering skills, familiarity with electronic components, and the ability to work independently or within a technical team.
Key Responsibilities
Perform assembly, wiring, soldering, and testing of electronic and electrical products.
Carry out PCB soldering, including components, connectors, terminals, and wires.
Assemble control panels, sensing modules, cables, and other electronic/electrical products according to drawings and work instructions.
Perform cable preparation, including cutting, stripping, crimping, soldering, and connector assembly.
Read and understand basic electrical/electronic schematic and wiring diagrams.
Conduct functional testing and basic troubleshooting of assembled products.
Use basic test equipment such as multimeters, power supplies, and continuity testers.
Identify workmanship or component issues and carry out basic rectification.
Support preparation, packing, labelling, and delivery of completed products when required.
Maintain tools, equipment, and a clean and safe production work area.
Support engineers in prototype assembly, product improvement, and R&D testing when required.
Requirements
NITEC / Higher NITEC / Technical Diploma or equivalent in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or related technical field.
Good hands-on soldering skills are essential.
Experience in electronic assembly, electrical wiring, PCB assembly, or control panel assembly is preferred.
Able to use basic hand tools and electrical/electronic test equipment.
Basic understanding of electronic components and electrical wiring.
Able to follow drawings, instructions, and quality procedures carefully.
Good attention to detail and workmanship.
Able to work independently as well as part of a technical team.
Willing to learn new products and production processes.
