Job summary

Dynamic Human Capital Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a hands-on Electronics Assembler to perform assembly, wiring, soldering, and testing of electronic and electrical products. You will read basic schematics, handle PCB soldering, and assemble control panels in accordance with drawings and work instructions.

The role requires good soldering skills, familiarity with electronic components, and the ability to work independently or within a technical team.

Qualifications

• NITEC, Higher NITEC or Technical Diploma in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics or related field.
• Strong soldering skills and hands-on experience in electronic assembly.
• Experience with electronic wiring, PCB assembly or control panel assembly preferred.
• Able to use basic hand tools and electrical test equipment.
• Understandings of electronic components and wiring; able to follow drawings and procedures.
• Attention to detail, independent and team-capable; eager to learn.

Responsibilities

• Perform assembly, wiring, soldering, and testing of electronic and electrical products.
• Carry out PCB soldering for components, connectors, terminals, and wires.
• Assemble control panels, sensing modules, cables, and related products per drawings.
• Prepare cables: cutting, stripping, crimping, soldering, connector assembly.
• Read basic electrical schematics and wiring diagrams.
• Conduct functional testing and basic troubleshooting of assembled products.
• Use test equipment such as multimeters and power supplies.
• Identify workmanship or component issues and perform basic rectification.
• Support packing, labeling and delivery of finished products when required.
• Maintain tools and a clean, safe production area.
• Support engineers in prototype assembly, product improvement, and R&D testing.

Key Responsibilities

• Read and understand basic electrical/electronic schematic and wiring diagrams.

• Use basic test equipment such as multimeters, power supplies, and continuity testers.

• Support preparation, packing, labelling, and delivery of completed products when required.

Requirements

• NITEC / Higher NITEC / Technical Diploma or equivalent in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or related technical field.

• Good hands-on soldering skills are essential.

• Experience in electronic assembly, electrical wiring, PCB assembly, or control panel assembly is preferred.

• Able to use basic hand tools and electrical/electronic test equipment.

• Basic understanding of electronic components and electrical wiring.

• Able to follow drawings, instructions, and quality procedures carefully.

• Good attention to detail and workmanship.

• Able to work independently as well as part of a technical team.
