Job description

Operating Equipment: operate various manufacturing machines and equipment, following standard operating procedures and instructions.

Monitoring Processes: monitor production processes in real-time, observing equipment performance and identifying any potential issues.

Quality Control: conduct quality checks on products and materials, ensuring they meet specifications and standards.

Maintenance: perform routine maintenance on equipment, ensuring it is in good working order.

Record keeping: maintain accurate records of production activities, including batch records, inventory, and productivity.

Safety: follow safety procedures and protocols to ensure a safe working environment.

Collaboration: work with other team members and departments to improve production processes and achieve production goals.

Training: may be responsible for training new employees on production processes and equipment.

Additional Tasks: perform any ad-hoc tasks assigned by supervisor and/or manager.
