Job summary

MANPOWER STAFFING SERVICES (SINGAPORE) PTE LTD is seeking a Production Supervisor to lead and support production workers at our Bukit Batok facility. You will plan production schedules, ensure quality, manage resources, and drive safety and efficiency on the shop floor.

Candidates should have a Nitec or Diploma in engineering, 3–5 years in production, preferably with experience in temperature measurement or customized engineering for oil and gas, and strong MS Word and computer skills.

Qualifications

• Nitec or Diploma in engineering is required.
• 3–5 years in production, preferably in temperature measurement or customized engineering solutions for oil and gas.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and general computer skills.
• Process leadership and strong interpersonal skills.
• Hands-on with some manual work when needed.
