Job summary

Qualifications

• Proficient in SQL and scripting.
• Familiarity with Jira, AWS, Linux is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Investigate, troubleshoot, and perform root cause analysis for incidents.
• Analyze logs and data to diagnose application issues.
• Reproduce issues via testing and validation.
• Develop fixes and workarounds for incidents.
• Prepare technical documentation and support procedures.

• Take ownership of tickets and meet SLAs.
