Job summary

Zagro Singapore Pte Ltd, a Singapore private-limited company, seeks a Production Supervisor to oversee daily production, allocate manpower, and ensure timely output in a manufacturing setting. The role calls for strong communication, teamwork, and proactive problem-solving to sustain smooth operations.

You will coordinate with Planning, Quality Control, Maintenance and Warehouse teams, prepare reports, and drive continuous productivity improvements while guiding operators and ensuring adherence

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in production, preferably in manufacturing.
• Experience in chemical or related manufacturing environment is an advantage.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities.
• Proactive, responsible and able to work well in a team.

Responsibilities

• Monitor daily production activities to meet schedules and targets.
• Plan and allocate manpower to support smooth production operations.
• Monitor output, workflow and order deadlines.
• Identify and resolve day-to-day production and operational issues.
• Coordinate with Planning, QC, Maintenance, Warehouse and other departments.
• Prepare daily and weekly production reports.
• Ensure processes and work instructions are followed.
• Support improvement initiatives to boost productivity and efficiency.
• Guide and support production operators to maintain smooth operations.
• Perform other production-related duties as assigned.
