RECRUIT123 PTE. LTD. in Ang Mo Kio is seeking a hands-on Production Operator to join our manufacturing team.

You will play a key role in day-to-day production operations, ensuring output meets quality, safety, and efficiency standards in a fast-paced, regulated manufacturing environment. You will operate, monitor, and adjust line equipment per SOPs, perform quality checks, maintain batch records, and support changesovers, line clearance and material handling while upholding GMP and 5S practices.

Qualifications

• Nitec or Higher Nitec in a related field is required or equivalent.
• Experience in a GMP-regulated or pharmaceutical production environment preferred.
• Willing to work rotating shifts, including weekends/holidays when required.
• Meticulous, safety-conscious and able to follow documented procedures.
• Basic computer literacy for production data entry and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Operate, monitor and adjust production line equipment per SOPs.
• Perform routine quality checks and in-process inspections with prompt deviation escalation.
• Maintain accurate production records and batch documentation.
• Carry out basic equipment troubleshooting, cleaning and preventive maintenance.
• Adhere to GMP, safety and 5S housekeeping requirements at all times.
• Collaborate with QC, Engineering and shift supervisors to meet targets.
• Support changeovers, line clearance and material handling activities.

About the Role

We are seeking a hands-on Production Operator to join our manufacturing team at our Ang Mo Kio facility. You will play a key role in day-to-day production operations, ensuring output meets quality, safety, and efficiency standards in a fast-paced, regulated manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate, monitor, and adjust production line equipment according to standard operating procedures (SOPs)
• Perform routine quality checks and in-process inspections, escalating deviations promptly
• Complete accurate production records and batch documentation in compliance with company and regulatory standards
• Carry out basic equipment troubleshooting, cleaning, and preventive maintenance tasks
• Follow GMP, workplace safety, and housekeeping (5S) requirements at all times
• Work collaboratively with QC, Engineering, and shift supervisors to meet production targets
• Support changeovers, line clearance, and material handling activities as required

Requirements

• Nitec/Higher Nitec in Manufacturing, Chemical Process Technology, Biomedical Science, or related field (or equivalent relevant experience)
• Prior experience in a manufacturing, pharmaceutical, or GMP-regulated production environment preferred
• Willing to work rotating shifts, including weekends/public holidays where required
• Meticulous, safety-conscious, and comfortable following documented procedures
• Basic computer literacy for production data entry and reporting
• Team player with good communication skills
