Job summary

Kingsforce Management Services Pte Ltd in Singapore is hiring a Production Supervisor to lead daily production activities in a shop-floor setting. You will manage work order priorities, manpower scheduling and production targets while ensuring Safety, Quality, Cost and Delivery objectives. The role emphasizes Lean manufacturing, coaching, and continuous improvement. The position is shift-based at West Singapore and requires 5–7 years' manufacturing experience.

Qualifications

• Diploma or NITEC in Mechanical, Manufacturing, Production or related discipline.
• 5–7 years of experience in a production or manufacturing environment.
• Experience in Lean Manufacturing and problem-solving.
• Supervisory or team leadership experience is preferred.
• Good knowledge of workplace safety practices.
• Willing to work on rotating shifts.
