Job summary

Ideals Recruitment Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a Production Supervisor to oversee daily production activities, manage manpower allocation, and meet targets on a 12-hour rotating shift.

You will coordinate with planners, stores and other departments to meet shipment schedules, ensure 5S compliance, conduct inventories, and train team members.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Manufacturing, Engineering, Production or a related field.
• Min 2 years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing or production environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily production activities, manpower allocation and production targets.
• Coordinate with Planners, Stores and relevant departments to meet shipment schedules.
• Monitor production processes, resolve issues and ensure compliance with 5S standards.
• Conduct production and inventory checks, including AMR, MRF and FGT.
• Maintain production records, shift reports, training documents and overtime forms.
• Train team members, conduct performance appraisals and support daily output meetings.

• Location: Marsiling Rd (3 bus stops from Woodlands Interchange)

• Working Hour : 12hours shift - 7.30 - 7.30 (rotating am/pm)
