Job summary

containers printers pte ltd is seeking a production supervisor to manage all production lines, ensuring OTIF delivery, machine uptime, and quality adherence. The role emphasizes team leadership, documentation, and continuous improvement within a manufacturing setting.

The incumbent will drive productivity, supervise foremen and operators, and ensure SAP data accuracy while upholding lean manufacturing principles and safe work practices.

Qualifications

• Diploma holder with supervisory background in manufacturing.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel/Word/PowerPoint) and data analysis.
• Knowledge of lean manufacturing and Industry 4.0 concepts.
• Ability to plan, organize and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Hands-on with production processes and quality controls.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all production lines under responsibility and supervise staff.
• Ensure 100% OTIF and minimize rejects/waste; drive improvements.
• Ensure smooth operation of machines and maximize uptime.
• Drive productivity and continuous process improvement programs.
• Ensure all required documentation is complete and up to date.
• Verify SAP data is updated accurately and promptly.
• Train staff on standards, SOPs, and housekeeping; enforce 5S.
• Coordinate with Production Planner to avoid material delays and stoppages.
