Job summary

PRIME DELI TRADING PTE LTD is seeking a hands-on supervisor for our production team. You will oversee daily operations, ensure compliance with food safety practices, and support a small team in a fast-paced environment.

Applicants should be able to read and write simple English for documentation, work in cold room conditions, stay calm under pressure, and be willing to work overtime or flexible shifts when required.

Qualifications

• Prior supervisory experience in a production/manufacturing environment preferred.
• Good understanding of food safety practices (HACCP, GMP, ISO preferred).
• Able to read and write simple English for documentation.
• Physically fit and comfortable working in cold room environments.
• Hands-on and proactive with a problem-solving mindset.
• Able to manage a team and work independently under pressure.
