Job summary

CIT COSMECEUTICAL PTE. LTD. is seeking a manufacturing supervisor in Singapore to lead and coach a production team. You will manage daily operations including purchasing, inventory, and scheduling, and participate in end-to-end production processes from start to finish.

The role requires hands-on leadership, strong communication skills, and a proactive approach to learning and problem solving. ISO documentation, audits, and inter-department coordination are part of the duties.

Job Description:

• Able to lead, train and coach team member
• Manage and handle daily production purchase, inventory, stock, and work schedule
• Willing to learn and participate from the start to the end finishing product
• Cleaning and troubleshoot in production machines
• Responsible for the whole process of the manufacturing from purchase, withdraw, issue until handover to warehouse
• Create, maintain and update the SAP system
• ISO documentation update, recording and maintenance
• Responsible for the internal and external audit process and documentation
• Co-operate with inter department to ensure the production is running as per schedule
• Other task/assignment given by the Superior/Management

Job Requirements:

• Diploma with Engineering Chemical or Chemistry background will be advantage
• At least 2-3 years manufacturing work experience required
• Independent thinker who acts and decides objectively and with integrity
• Willing to learn new things and hands on
• Excellent communication so as to provide training and coaching to team member and also to handle queries from clients/associates
• Computer literate

• Working days: 5.5 days work week
• Working hours: Monday to Friday 9am to 6pm, Saturday 9am to 1pm
