Job summary

Our client, a leading MNC, is seeking a Production Supervisor to lead daily manufacturing operations, drive safety and quality, and develop a high performing team in Yishun. The role emphasizes Lean, digitalization, and continuous improvement with hands‑on involvement.

Responsibilities include mentoring Foremen and Operators, collaborating with Engineering, Quality, and Maintenance, and supporting documentation, Kaizen activities, and 4M optimization. Salary up to SGD 4,200 plus AWS and VB.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant production/engineering experience.
• Ability to work independently and proactively solve problems.
• Strong interpersonal, analytical and critical thinking skills.
• Proficient in MS Office; VBA/Power BI knowledge an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily production operations to meet safety and quality objectives.
• Develop and guide Foremen, Group Leaders and Operators to build a high‑performing team.
• Implement Lean Manufacturing, digitalization, and IT system initiatives to enhance efficiency.
• Participate in Kaizen and continuous improvement projects to improve productivity, quality and cost.
• Monitor and optimize the 4M (Man, Machine, Material, Method) to support objectives.
• Support process documentation, standardization, and work instruction updates.
• Troubleshoot and perform hands‑on activities related to process improvement and production support.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (Production, Engineering, Quality, Maintenance) to achieve objectives.
• Perform other ad hoc engineering and operational tasks as assigned.
