Job summary

Advantest seeks a post-sales support engineer in Singapore to enable production ramp-up, yield improvement and issue resolution for Advantest ATE. You will work with Account Managers, Service Sales and System Application teams to deliver priorities and ensure customer satisfaction.

The role requires 4–6 years in semiconductor manufacturing/test ops, strong C++/Java skills, and knowledge of test methodologies. Some travel may be required and Advantest V93000 experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum Degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering with 4 to 6 years of working experience in the semiconductor manufacturing and test operations.
• Good knowledge of digital/mixed signal test methodologies.
• Proficient in C++, Java and script programming. Knowledge of Advantest V93000 software and debugging tools will be an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Provide post-sales service support for Advantest Automated Test Equipment (ATE).
• Support customers in resolving production correlation/low yield and program related issues.
• Ensure timely production ramp-up and manage the resolution of production issues.
• Support ATE integration into customer’s production environment.
• Provide technical feedback to the factory to drive product improvements.
• Identify opportunities for production solution business in collaboration with Service Sales team.
• Ensure service contract deliverables are met.

As a member of the customer-facing team, the candidate will work closely with Account Managers, Service Sales and the System Application teams to deliver account priorities and ensure customer satisfaction.
