Job summary

INDEX CAREER CONSULTANTS PTE. LTD. is seeking a Product/Test Engineering professional to support diverse RF, mixed-signal, and digital products from development through production release.

You will work closely with test and production teams to drive debugging, reliability qualification, and yield enhancements, and you will communicate technical product status to management. The role requires a degree or diploma in Electronics or Electrical Engineering and at least one year of relevant

• Degree/Diploma in Electronics / Electrical Engineering required.
• Minimum one year relevant experience in Product/Test Engineering with foundry background preferred.
• Solid understanding of test concepts for digital, mixed-signal and RF products.
• Hands-on experience with Advantest 93K ATE is a plus.
• Good experience with statistics and data mining.
• Exposure to JMP, CEDA or Data Power/Optimal Plus is a plus.
• Knowledge of scripting (perl/java/vba) and automation in reporting is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support yield improvement, test time reduction and retest rate improvements during production ramp.

Job Description

• Provide engineering support for wide range of products (RF/Mixed Signal / Digital) through all phases from development to production release
• Work closely with test engineering team and production support team to drive debug activities, reliability qualification and yield enhancement
• Close interaction with Product Test Engineering team and Communicate technical product status to management
• Establish with customers on product testing requirements and production release requirements
• Follow up with Foundries and test subcontractors/SAT houses to resolve all production issues.
• Provide detailed status reports at each phase, test limit (guard band) generation, correlation and yield summary reports
• Support Yield improvement, Test Time Reduction and retest rate improvement for production ramp

Job Requirements

• Degree/Diploma in Electronics / Electrical Engineering
• Minimum one year relevant experience on the Product/Test Engineering with foundry process background preferred.
• Solid understanding of test concepts on digital , Mixed Signal and RF products
• Hands on experience using Advantest 93K ATE is added advantage.
• Good experience with statistics and data mining.
• Strong Data analysis skill & exposure on any Statistical Analysis Software’s JMP, CEDA or Data power and Optimal plus tool knowledge is a plus.
• Knowledge in scripting (perl/java/vba) and automation in reporting is a plus.
