Job summary

ASE Singapore Pte Ltd is seeking an Assistant Production Planner to support daily planning in a high-volume electronics manufacturing environment. You will assist planners with administrative tasks, monitor production schedules, and ensure alignment to the plan to maintain on-time deliveries.

Responsibilities include expediting lots, tracking shipment backlog, preparing daily reports, and coordination with receiving and shipping.

Qualifications

• Min. GCE O or A level or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years of production control experience in manufacturing industries.
• Prior working experience with semiconductor or electronics industries is advantageous.
• Able to work 12 hours day (8am to 8pm) or night shift (8pm to 8am).

Responsibilities

• Assist Planners in administrative matters (ESWOR, MTF, SRF, etc.)
• Monitor daily production schedule and ensure alignment to planners’ plan
• Expedite and follow up on lots movement from receiving to shipping to ensure shipments are met
• Monitor shipment backlog and highlight any potential missed shipment
• Prepare daily report (incoming ship alert, backlog status, etc)
