Job summary

Rolls-Royce Singapore is seeking an Assistant Engineer to support Production Planning & Control, coordinating schedules, maintaining ERP records and driving KPI accuracy. You will work with Production, Warehouse, Procurement, Engineering and Quality teams to ensure timely materials and efficient production execution.

The role requires a diploma or bachelor’s in an engineering field and 0–3 years in manufacturing or planning. Excel skills are essential; SAP experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s in Engineering field.
• 0–3 years in manufacturing, production planning, operations or engineering support.
• Fresh graduates with relevant industrial training encouraged.
• Basic production planning, inventory control and manufacturing process knowledge.
• Experience with ERP/MRP systems (e.g., SAP) is an advantage.
• Excel proficiency; Power BI a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support daily, weekly and monthly production plans.
• Monitor production orders and planning status in the ERP system.
• Coordinate with Production Controllers to follow schedules.
• Escalate delays, shortages or scheduling issues promptly.
• Maintain accurate ERP records and inventory data.
