Rolls-Royce, in Singapore, is seeking an Assistant Engineer to support the Production Planning & Control team. You will help maintain production schedules, monitor ERP transactions, and coordinate with production, warehouse, procurement, engineering, and quality teams to ensure on-time delivery.

In this role you will develop Excel-based reports, assist in Lean manufacturing improvements, and uphold HSE and QMS policies while contributing to 5S workplace practices.

Qualificações

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, Industrial, Electrical, Mechatronics or related Engineering discipline.
• 0–3 years of experience in manufacturing, production planning, operations, or engineering support.

Responsabilidades

• Support daily, weekly, and monthly production plans.
• Monitor production order progress and update planning status in the ERP system.
• Coordinate with Production Controllers to ensure production schedules are executed as planned.
• Escalate production delays, material shortages, or scheduling issues to the PPC Manager.
• Perform accurate ERP transactions related to production orders, goods receipts, stock transfers, inventory adjustments, and production confirmations.
• Monitor Work-in-Progress (WIP) and ensure timely completion and closure of production orders.
• Investigate and resolve routine ERP transaction discrepancies with relevant departments.
• Maintain accurate production planning records and inventory data within the ERP system.
• Coordinate the availability of production materials and movement to support schedules.
• Collect, compile, and analyze production performance data for reporting.
• Support Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, and Continuous Improvement initiatives.
