Job summary

SUNLAND (S) PTE. LTD. is seeking a Production Coordinator to streamline manufacturing operations in Singapore. You will plan, coordinate, and monitor production activities, ensuring timely delivery and optimal use of resources.

You will act as a liaison across production, procurement, warehouse, and management, coordinating schedules, material availability, and reporting on performance metrics to support continuous improvement and compliance.

Qualifications

• Prepare daily, weekly and monthly production plans.
• Coordinate with production supervisors for manpower and machine capacity.
• Adjust schedules based on demand, materials, or constraints.
• Issue and track production work orders.
• Monitor progress and highlight delays or bottlenecks.
• Coordinate with procurement and warehouse for materials.
• Track production output and prepare performance reports.
• Maintain accurate production records and logs.
• Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory requirements.
• Support audits and cross-functional communication.

Responsibilities

• Production Planning & Scheduling: Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly production schedules.
• Work Order Management: Issue and track production work orders and monitor progress.
• Material Coordination: Liaise with procurement/warehouse for material availability.
• Production Monitoring: Track daily output vs. plan and prepare reports.
• Documentation & Reporting: Maintain production records and summaries.
• Quality & Compliance Support: Coordinate with QC/QA to ensure quality and safety.
• Cross-Functional Coordination: Communicate between Production, Sales/Planning, Procurement, and logistics.
