Job summary

CREMER SUSTAINABLE FOODS PTE LTD in Singapore is seeking a Production Planner to provide comprehensive planning, coordination, and operational support for the plant. You will prepare daily and weekly production plans, coordinate with multiple teams, and monitor schedules to highlight delays and bottlenecks.

You will track progress, enter data into ERP systems, prepare reports and KPI dashboards, and conduct routine factory walkthroughs to ensure GMP compliance.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in a relevant field.
• 1–5 years of experience in food manufacturing.
• Experience with ERP systems is preferred.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Plant Director in preparing daily and weekly production plans.
• Coordinate with Production, Warehouse, Procurement, and QA to ensure materials are available.
• Monitor production schedules and highlight delays or bottlenecks.
• Enter production, inventory, and manpower data into ERP System or Excel.
• Prepare daily production reports and KPI dashboards.
• Conduct routine factory walkthroughs to monitor housekeeping and GMP compliance.
• Monitor raw material and packaging stock levels and coordinate with Warehouse for timely material issuance.
• Maintain SOPs, work instructions, and production records.
• Update and monitor key performance indicators.
• Assist in implementing Lean Manufacturing and 5S initiatives.
