Job summary

SUNLAND (S) PTE. LTD. is seeking a Production Coordinator in Singapore to plan, coordinate, and monitor production activities for efficient operations and timely delivery.

You will liaise with production, procurement, warehouse and management to support smooth manufacturing processes, align resources, and ensure adherence to quality and safety standards.

The role focuses on planning, work order management, material coordination, and continuous improvement to optimize productivity and reduce waste.

Responsibilities

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly production schedules.
• Issue and track production work orders.
• Ensure all work orders are completed within planned timelines.
• Liaise with procurement and warehouse teams to ensure timely availability of materials.
• Monitor raw material usage and report shortages.
• Coordinate with store/warehouse for stock allocation and replenishment.
• Track daily production output versus plan.
• Prepare production reports and performance metrics.
• Identify inefficiencies and support continuous improvement initiatives.
• Maintain accurate production records, reports, and logs.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly production summaries.
• Ensure compliance with company procedures and audit requirements.
• Coordinate with QC/QA department to ensure product quality standards.
• Ensure production activities comply with safety and regulatory requirements.
• Support audits and inspections when required.
• Act as a communication bridge between: Production team Sales/Planning department Procurement and logistics.
• Escalate issues affecting production schedules or delivery timelines.
• Support lean manufacturing and productivity improvement initiatives.
• Identify opportunities to reduce waste, downtime, and costs.
