Job summary

VDL Enabling Technologies Group (Singapore) is seeking a Production Planner to translate demand into executable production orders and manage capacity across manufacturing and subcontracting. You will work with Production Controllers to align plan and shop-floor execution and ensure ERP data integrity.

Qualifications

• Must have experience in production planning and ERP-based execution.
• Strong MRP and production planning expertise with data accuracy and governance under ISO controls.
• Solid understanding of manufacturing, machining, and subcontracting operations.

Responsibilities

• Plan, activate, and release production, project, and RMA orders per demand and MRP outputs.
• Manage capacity constraints to minimize bottlenecks and delivery risks.
• Provide visibility of material readiness and production risks through visual tools.
• Execute engineering changes and NCR actions within the ERP system per ISO procedures.
• Ensure accuracy and closure of production, inventory, and project data via ERP governance.
