Job summary

Ichor Systems, Inc. in Singapore is hiring for a Production Planning/Supply Chain role to coordinate daily production plans, manage material availability, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet delivery commitments.

You will review MRP data, maintain BOMs, and drive continuous improvement in planning accuracy, inventory, and customer delivery in a fast-paced semiconductor manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

  • Degree or Diploma in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering or related discipline.
  • Fresh graduates with a positive attitude, keen interest in planning/supply chain and willingness to learn are welcome to apply.
  • 2+ years of relevant experience in supply chain or production planning; semiconductor or manufacturing experience is preferred but not essential.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint for data analysis and reporting.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving and organizational skills.
  • Proactive, responsible and able to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills to facilitate effective collaboration.

  • Show interest in process improvement, contributing to the enhancement of planning processes.
  • Knowledge of Oracle, Power BI and VBA is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct daily production planning and monitor production status against schedules.
  • Review material shortages and work with Buyers to expedite materials and minimize production disruptions.
  • Coordinate with Manufacturing, Logistics, Procurement and Customer Service to ensure smooth execution of production plans.
  • Identify and resolve issues related to material availability, capacity and customer delivery commitments.
  • Review MRP data and reconcile supply and demand to maintain accurate production schedules.
  • Support the review of Engineering Change Orders (ECOs) and assess material and production impacts.
  • Maintain and update Bills of Materials (BOMs) and adjust production schedules where required.
  • Prepare production reports and highlight key issues, risks and bottlenecks.
  • Use data analysis to support planning decisions and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives to improve planning effectiveness, inventory, production flow and customer delivery.
  • Take ownership of assigned tasks and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
