Job summary

SILICON BOX PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks a Production Scheduler to plan and maintain schedules for Assembly and Test, ensuring priorities are met and lots progress smoothly through the line. You will support MES transactions to keep data accurate and coordinate with planners and shop-floor teams.

The role requires 2-5 years in scheduling or production control, preferably in semiconductor back-end. Strong Excel skills and ability to handle shifting priorities in a 24/7 environment are essential.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience in production scheduling, planning or production control.
• Experience in OSAT or semiconductor back-end environment preferred.
• Working knowledge of semiconductor assembly and test flow (DPP, Reconstitution/Recon, EOL).
• Hands-on experience with MES and ERP for lot-tracking and transactions.

• Assist Planners with MES transactions to keep lot status, routing, and WIP data accurate.
• Prepare expedite lot lists and communicate priority changes to shop floor.
• Follow up on HOT LOTs and escalate delays to keep on schedule.
• Provide general support to Production Control and Planning teams.
• Direct and coordinate lot grouping at Tape-and-Reel per customer/order requirements.

Responsibilities

• Plan and maintain the production schedule for Assembly& Test processes, ensuring lots are sequenced to meet committed priorities.
• Assist Planners in processing MES (Manufacturing Execution System) transactions to keep lot status, routing, and WIP data accurate and up to date.
• Prepare expedite lot lists for manufacturing based on Planner requests and communicate priority changes clearly to the shop floor.
• Follow up on HOT LOTs throughout the production flow, tracking status and escalating delays to keep them moving on schedule.
• Provide general support on tasks related to Production Control (PC) and the Planning team as needed.
• Direct and coordinate the combination of lots at Tapeand Reel, ensuring lots are grouped and processed correctly per customer/order requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
• 2-5 years of experience in production scheduling, planning, or production control, preferably within an OSAT or semiconductor back-end environment.
• Working knowledge of semiconductor assembly and test process flow, including DPP, Reconstitution/Recon, and End‑of‑Line operations.
• Hands‑on experience with MES and ERP systems for lottracking and transaction processing.
• Strong Excel skills for data tracking and reporting.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priority changes (hot lots, expedites) under time pressure.
• Good communication and coordination skills to workeffectively with Planners, PC, and shop-floor/production teams.
• Comfortable in a 24/7 manufacturing environment withshifting priorities.
