Qualifications

• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment and follow instructions carefully.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
• Physical capability for standing, lifting, and operating machinery.
• Reliability and consistent attendance record.

• Knowledge of safety protocols and proactive safety approach.
• Experience with quality control or documentation systems is advantageous.
• Familiarity with manufacturing environments in the chemical or related industries is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operating and monitoring production machinery and equipment in line with SOPs and safety protocols.
• Performing routine maintenance tasks and equipment checks to minimise downtime.
• Quality checking products during and after production to ensure specifications.
• Recording production data, shift reports, and relevant documentation accurately.
• Following SOPs and work instructions to maintain consistency and safety standards.
• Identifying and reporting equipment issues or defects to supervisors promptly.
• Collaborating with team members to meet daily production targets.
• Maintaining a clean and organised work environment and adhering to safety standards.
• Assisting with material handling of raw materials and finished products.
• Participating in continuous improvement initiatives and suggesting operational enhancements.
