Job summary

BETZLER (ASIA) CONSORTIUM PTE. LTD. is seeking a production and assembly operator for its aerospace manufacturing environment. You will operate machinery, follow SOPs, and perform quality checks to ensure components meet dimensional and safety specifications.

The role emphasizes attention to detail, teamwork, and adherence to safety procedures. Training is provided for measurement tools and assembly jigs, with a focus on reliable, precise production of high‑quality parts.

Qualifications

• Minimum Secondary School education (N/O Levels) or equivalent.
• Experience in manufacturing or precision engineering is advantageous.
• Ability to read and write simple English.
• Good eyesight and strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Perform production and assembly tasks by following detailed work instructions and SOPs to meet quality standards
• Operate machinery and handle materials carefully to maintain product integrity and quality
• Conduct visual and dimensional inspections on products to identify defects and ensure compliance with specifications
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment to support efficient production and safety compliance
• Record materials and stock accurately to support inventory management and production tracking
• Collaborate effectively with team members and communicate clearly with supervisors to coordinate tasks and resolve issues
• Proactively seek clarification and report problems promptly to reduce errors and improve workflow
• Comply with all company safety policies and procedures to ensure a safe workplace
