Qualifications

• NITEC in Engineering required; fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Experience in electronics industry is an added advantage.
• Prepared to learn and adapt to new challenges.
• Good problem-solving skills are essential.
• Good interpersonal and teamwork skills are important.
• Experience in assembly, machine handling or troubleshooting is beneficial.

Responsabilités

• Operate machine and perform soldering, testing, packing per daily schedule.
• Follow production documents and stop and escalate for non-conformances.
• Record production data (clocking time, defects, etc.).
• Maintain safety procedures and 5S housekeeping.
• Identify hazards and report to supervisor immediately.
• Collaborate with teams to resolve technical issues and improve processes.

In automotive production, water treatment plants or chemical systems - around the world, electronic sensors and automation components by Pepperl+Fuchs guarantee smooth and safe operations. Production Specialist

Role Purpose:

Value creator who is involved directly in manufacturing of products.

Major Accountabilities:

• Carry out activities (e.g: operating machine, soldering, testing, packing, gluing, etc) based on a daily production schedule as assigned by the Superior
• Follow and adherence to production document and process/work instruction during operation and stop and elevate if any non conformance/issue (e.g: on product/raw material quality issues, fixture problem, and test rejects encountered.)
• Record of the production data (clocking time, defects/rejects, etc)
• Follow safety procedures and company policies for equipment/process operation
• Identify and promptly report hazards to Supervisor immediately
• Maintain the work area clean, safe and organized by 5S house-keeping
• Work with the respective parties to resolve technical issues and improve production processes
• Work on 1st level technical issue(s) and sustaining production processes when needed
• Involve in line balancing activities within work cells/ Self-organizing

Role Requirements:

• Minimum of a NITEC in Engineering; Fresh graduates are welcomed to apply
• Experience in Electronics industry as an added advantage
• Prepared to learn and adapt to new challenges
• Good problem-solving skills
• Good interpersonal and teamwork skills
• Experience in assembly, machine handling or troubleshooting
• Singaporean and/or Singaporean PRs are welcomed to apply
