Job summary

BD in Singapore's Tuas Plant is seeking a manufacturing operator to support daily operations, maintenance, and troubleshooting. You may work permanent day or night shifts with island-wide transport allowances, overtime, AWS, meals, and more.

You will operate machines, perform preventive maintenance, record process parameters, conduct sampling inspections, and assist the Team Leader with production changes while upholding EHS, quality, and cost targets.

Qualifications

• Operate on machine/process units as assigned.
• Troubleshoot machine/equipment failures to meet production targets and quality standards and/or specifications.
• Perform Preventive Maintenance (Cleaning, Service, Replace)
• Record machine/process parameters and take containment and corrective actions if necessary
• Sampling inspection of parts per the Quality plan to ensure products are within specifications
• Support Team Leader to execute changes and projects within the production area and ensure compliance with EHS requirements, quality, cost and schedule
• Update of machine MES satellite data (correct component lot numbers, shift output, waste, downtime)
• Manage Material handling activities (packing/unpacking, loading/unloading)
• Perform visual inspection using the scope

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

• Candidate must possess at least Secondary School/"O" Level/ SPM/ NITEC/ Diploma in any field.

• Candidates must have the legal right to work in Singapore.

• Able to work in a manufacturing cleanroom or non-cleanroom environment.

• Able to perform permanent Day OR Night shift.

• Able to stand for long hours.
