Job summary

Kinergy Corporation Ltd in Singapore is hiring for a wire harness assembly role. Responsibilities include wire preparation, measuring, shielding, testing, cutting, stripping, crimping, and inserting wires into connectors. You will solder terminals and components on PCB, assemble finished products, and pack completed units.

Applicants should have ITE or O level qualifications with basic harness knowledge; overtime may be required and willingness to learn is essential.

Qualifications

• ITE or O level holder with basic wire harness knowledge.
• Experience in wire harness assembly is advantageous.
• Manual hand soldering on PCB is necessary.
• Good attitude, willingness to learn, able to work overtime.

Responsibilities

• Wire prep, measuring, shielding & testing.
• Cutting, stripping, and terminal crimping.
• Installation and insertion of wires into connectors/housing or molding.
• Soldering of terminals, securing, shielding or fixing protective coverings.
• Finished assembly installation.
• Packing.
• Understand basic wire harness drawings to build wire harnesses according to specifications.
• Manual solder components on PCB.

Responsibilities

To do all wire harness cable assembly-related processes:

• Wire prep, measuring, shielding & testing.

• Cutting, stripping, and terminal crimping.

• Installation and insertion of wires into connectors/ housing or molding.

• Soldering of terminals, securing, shielding or fixing protective coverings

• Finished assembly installation

• Packing.

• Understand basic wire harness cable drawings to build wire harnesses according to specifications

• Manual solder components on PCB.

• ITE or O level

• Wire Harness working experiences will be advantageous.

• Manual hand soldering skillset on PCB is necessary.

• Good working attitude.
