Job summary

Canare Singapore Pte Ltd is hiring an entry-level Cable Assembler in Singapore. You will assemble copper and fiber optic cables, perform inspections, and support logistics to ensure products meet performance and quality standards.

The role offers on-site work with comprehensive training provided. Prior experience is helpful but not required; you should be independent, fast-learning, and able to multitask, with immediate availability to start.

Qualifications

• N level and computer literacy to manage equipment testers.
• Relevant working experience is advantageous but training will be provided.
• Demonstrate independence, self-motivation and responsibility.
• Must be observant, fast learner and able to multi task.
• Availability to start immediately.

Responsibilities

• Assemble copper and fiber optic cables accurately following work instructions
• Perform visual inspections of cables using a scope to detect defects
• Conduct quality control checks during assembly using test and diagnostic equipment
• Test finished cable products to verify compliance with performance and quality standards
• Load and unload cables weighing up to approximately 25kg safely

Provide logistics support including unloading containers as needed

Job Requirements
