Job summary

L G L GLOBAL PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking an Operations Executive to support daily manufacturing plant operations, coordinate production activities, and uphold safety, hygiene, and quality standards.

You will assist with manpower planning, monitor raw material and packaging inventories, prepare production reports, and collaborate with suppliers, logistics, and internal departments to sustain efficiency. Diploma in Operations Management or Manufacturing and 3–5 years experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Diploma or equivalent qualification in Operations Management, Manufacturing, or related field.
• 3–5 years of relevant operational or manufacturing experience preferred.
• Good organisational and coordination skills.
• Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Good communication and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily manufacturing plant operations and production activities.
• Coordinate production schedules and monitor workflow to meet targets.
• Support manpower planning and deployment for daily operations.
• Monitor inventory levels of raw materials and packaging supplies.
• Ensure compliance with workplace safety and operational procedures.
• Prepare operational reports and production records.
• Coordinate with suppliers, logistics providers, and internal departments for operational support.
• Assist in troubleshooting operational issues and implementing corrective actions.
• Monitor equipment maintenance schedules and report abnormalities.
• Support implementation of SOPs and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Conduct stock checks and maintain inventory records.
• Ensure housekeeping and cleanliness standards within the plant.
