Job summary

CREW by HRNET is seeking a hands-on Warehouse Supervisor (Team Lead) in Tampines. The role oversees daily warehouse operations, ensures inventory accuracy, trains staff, and collaborates with Production, Quality and Logistics to meet targets.

It offers a structured four-day work week, Sunday offs, and tiered shift allowances. Salary up to SGD 4,500 per month depending on experience, with 12‑hour day and night shifts plus meal and transport allowances.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of Team Lead or Supervisory experience in warehouse or logistics operations.
• Experience in manufacturing, electronics or supply chain environments preferred.
• Good understanding of inventory management processes.

Structured Working Hours

• First 1 Month (Training):Monday to Friday | 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

• Subsequent Months:Weekly rotating day/night shifts (12-hour shifts: 8AM - 8PM / 8PM - 8AM)

• 4-day shift pattern in 3 team roster:
