The role focuses on additive manufacturing, 3D scanning, and tooling production, with responsibilities spanning design data conformity, production control, and training coordination for operation teams.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Aerospace Engineering or equivalent.
  • Minimum 2 years in production/manufacturing engineering, including at least 1 year in a supervisory/capacity.
  • Proficiency in CAD software and Microsoft Excel; SolidWorks preferred.
  • Understanding of Part 21G production processes, including conformity to approved design data and EASA Form 1 issuance.
  • Familiarity with aerospace quality assurance processes, including internal audits, non-conformance management, and occurrence reporting.
  • Experience in EASA Part 21 organizations (Part 21G or Part 21J) is an added advantage.
  • Proficiency in English for liaising with English-speaking clients and stakeholders.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling technical documentation.

Responsibilities

  • Lead engineering activities related to 3D scanning, reverse engineering, and tooling production.
  • Maintain relationships with vendors and contractors.
  • Plan and coordinate training programs for production personnel in manufacturing tech and regulatory requirements.

Job Summary:

Join a dynamic aerospace manufacturing environment, supporting production engineering, airworthiness compliance, and advanced additive manufacturing technologies.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop expertise in FDM additive manufacturing technology and the post-processing of aircraft cabin components.
  • Develop knowledge of EASA initial airworthiness requirements within a Part 21G approved production environment.
  • Liaise with design organizations to ensure design drawings, manufacturing instructions, and technical data are accurate, verified, and up to date.
  • Manage and control production activities, including manufacturing documentation, machine setup, post-processing, quality control, non-conformance management, part identification, packaging, and product release documentation.
  • Ensure production equipment and tools are properly maintained, calibrated, and available for operational requirements.
  • Coordinate the procurement, storage, and inventory control of raw materials and spare parts.
  • Ensure timely completion of audit corrective actions and compliance activities in accordance with the Quality Management System (QMS) and Safety Management System (SMS).
  • Lead engineering activities related to 3D scanning, reverse engineering, and the production of aerospace tooling, including thermoplastic tooling for aircraft engines and wheels.
  • Maintain effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including vendors and contractors.
  • Plan, organize, and coordinate training programs for production personnel in manufacturing technology, airworthiness compliance, safety, information security, and related regulatory requirements.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Aerospace Engineering or an equivalent discipline.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in production or manufacturing engineering, including at least 1 year of experience in a supervisory, team-leading, or shift-leading capacity.
  • Proficiency in CAD software and Microsoft Excel; knowledge of SolidWorks is preferred.
  • Demonstrated understanding of Part 21G production processes, including conformity to approved design data and EASA Form 1 issuance.
  • Familiarity with aerospace quality assurance processes, including internal audits, non-conformance management, and occurrence reporting.
  • Experience in EASA Part 21 organizations (Part 21G or Part 21J) is an added advantage.
  • Proficiency in English for liaising with English-speaking clients and stakeholders.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy when managing technical documentation and records.
