Job summary

white-kyi-kyi employment agency is seeking a Food Production Manager to lead our Singapore-based food factory operations. You will oversee cooked and frozen meal production, marinating and preservation processes, and ensure efficient flow from the factory to retail points.

The role requires strong knowledge of food processing, hygiene, and safety, plus the ability to manage inventory and personnel. Night shifts are permanent, and basic maintenance tasks are expected.

Job Requirements:

• Good knowledge of food factory processing procedures, including cooked food preparation, frozen meal production, marinating, and food preservation.
• Minimum of three (8) years of relevant experience in a similar role.
• Willingness to work on a permanent night shift.
• Good understanding of food hygiene and food safety practices.
• Ability to work effectively as a factory manager.
• Familiarity with inventory management, stock control, and proper storage procedures.
• Strong time management and organizational skills to ensure smooth operational flow from the factory to retail outlets.
• Comfortable working in a cold room while wearing the required protective equipment.
• Basic electrical and mechanical knowledge to perform routine machine maintenance and minor repairs is mandatory.
