Job summary

siltronic silicon wafer pte. ltd. in Singapore seeks a Manufacturing Engineering Manager to lead a team of Manufacturing Engineers, Cell Leaders and Operators to achieve KPI targets and drive continuous improvement for operational excellence.

You will focus on daily KPI performance (output, quality, cost, cycle-time, productivity), implement process improvements, and run training to strengthen the team while maintaining cleanroom standards and operator discipline.

Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma with min 5 years of production management experience.
• Good communication skills.
