Job summary

ACCTON TECHNOLOGY SG PTE. LTD. requires a Production Line Leader in Singapore to supervise daily line operations, manage operators, and ensure targets and quality are met.

You will coordinate with Production, QA, and Engineering, applying SMT, BGA rework, soldering, and IPC standards to maintain process compliance and drive improvements. Requirements include a technical diploma or higher in engineering and 5+ years in manufacturing with leadership experience preferred.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in manufacturing or production.
• Prior supervisory or leadership experience preferred.
• Understanding of production processes and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily production activities and operator performance.
• Hands-on experience operating SMT BGA rework stations — setup, profiling, alignment, reflow, component removal and replacement, and post-rework inspection.
• Proficient in soldering iron operations — through-hole and surface-mount soldering, desoldering, wire stripping, tinning, and workmanship per IPC standards.
• Experience as a Production Line Leader, Team Lead, or Lead Operator is strongly preferred.
• Familiarity with SMT assembly processes, PCB handling, and electronic component types.
• Experience in SMT, Soldering & BGA Rework.
• Monitor production status and elevate issues promptly.
• Coordinate with Production, QA, and Engineering teams.
• Support training and development of line operators.
