Job summary

You will coordinate with adjacent departments to keep the schedule on track, lead a team of operators, and delegate tasks based on skills and needs. You will also coach and evaluate performance to drive continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operations on the production line to ensure efficiency and quality standards are met.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure production schedule adherence and promptly address issues.
• Ensure all production processes follow safety, quality, and regulatory guidelines.
• Lead and manage a team of operators and workers, ensuring training and motivation.
• Delegate tasks based on workers' skills and the production requirements.
• Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback and coaching to team members.
