Job summary

NEXBRIDGE RECRUITMENT PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a Production Team Leader to oversee daily manufacturing activities, coach team members, and ensure production runs on schedule.

You will handle material prep, inventory, and SAP record-keeping, while maintaining ISO documentation and supporting audits. The ideal candidate has 3 years of manufacturing experience, is hands-on, independent, and possesses strong communication skills for training staff.

Qualifications

• 3 years of manufacturing experience.
• Independent, responsible and able to make sound decisions.
• Willing to learn and work hands-on.
• Good communication skills with the ability to train and coach team members.

Responsibilities

• Lead, train and coach production team members.
• Manage daily production, purchasing, inventory, stock and work schedules.
• Participate in the full production process from material preparation to finished product.
• Clean and troubleshoot production machines.
• Manage the manufacturing process from material purchase and issuance to warehouse handover.
• Create, maintain and update records in SAP.
• Maintain and update ISO documentation and records.
• Support internal and external audits and related documentation.
• Work with other departments to ensure production runs according to schedule.
• Perform other duties as assigned by Management.
