Job summary

CONTINUUMM TECHNOLOGIES PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a hands-on technician to support new sample builds and mass production.

You will prepare tooling, source and coordinate with suppliers, and maintain production records under supervision. The ideal candidate holds a NITEC in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent, with preferred experience in wire harness manufacturing and the ability to read assembly drawings.

Qualifications

• NITEC in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
• Able to read and understand assembly drawings.
• Familiar with Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Knowledge of wire harness manufacturing is preferred.
• Candidates with prior experience in manufacturing assembly processes are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Prepare the tooling, die sets, test jigs, and equipment for new sample build.
• Source the necessary tooling and work/coordinate with the suppliers.
• Maintain a list of equipment and maintenance supplies. Notify purchasing to buy the shop floor supplies.
• Be involved in NPI building and mass production.
• Conduct failure analysis under engineering guidance.
• Create, maintain, and update production records.
• Perform duties and tasks as and when directed by the Supervisor.
