Job summary

NPI Solutions (S) Pte Ltd in Singapore seeks a Manufacturing Systems Engineer to optimize workflows and lead manufacturing processes for client-designed products. Qualifications

• Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Manufacturing, or related technical field.
• 2 years minimum experience in manufacturing industry.
• Proficient in CAD software.
• Able to create/interpret 2D & 3D drawings, BOM, operating/test procedures, schematics.
• General knowledge of mechanical and electrical engineering.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven culture.
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize requests.

Responsibilities

• Develop manufacturing processes, tool design, and integrated schedules.
• Provide technical leadership for manufacturing of cables, harnesses, and electromechanical assemblies.
• Apply knowledge of electrical/electronic production and test methodologies.
• Manage multiple priorities and bring projects to completion and profitability.
• Gather data and develop manufacturing solutions and documentation for drawings, specs.
• Perform assembly work and guide technicians/operators.
• Provide onsite support for repairs and rework related to assembly.
• Manage BOMs, work instructions, ECOs, and ERP entries.
• Support assembly processes for First Article and production stages.
