Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. is hiring a Production Support Engineer for LCD board manufacturing at Bedok South. You will support daily production operations, troubleshoot equipment and processes, and drive improvements to OEE.

Requirements include a Diploma/ Degree in Electronics/ Electrical/ Mechanical/ Mechatronics/ Robotics/ Manufacturing/ Industrial Engineering, or NITEC with 3 years’ relevant experience. Knowledge of manufacturing systems and process improvement is advantageous.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Electronics/ Electrical/ Mechanical/ Mechatronics/ Robotics/ Manufacturing/ Industrial Engineering or related field.
• NITEC / Higher NITEC with minimum 3 years relevant engineering experience.

Responsibilities

• Support daily production manufacturing operations to achieve production, quality, and efficiency targets.
• Troubleshoot equipment/machine and process issues and implement corrective actions.
• Coordinate preventive maintenance of equipment/machines and manage critical spare parts.
• Maintain production documentation (SOP, Checklist, QC flowchart) and ensure compliance with quality and safety standards.
• Collaborate with Production and Quality departments to support continuous improvement initiatives.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to improve OEE, yield, and productivity.
• Plan and coordinate production line re-configurations and conduct process re-validation and report preparation.
• Support new product introductions (NPI) and engineering changes.
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Production Support Engineer (LCD Board)

Location: Bedok South
Working Days: Mon - Fri, 5 days
Working Hours: 8.00 am to 5.30pm
Salary: Basic $3300 to $3700+PB+AWS+Annual Increment

Job scope:

• Support daily production manufacturing operations to achieve production, quality, and efficiency targets.
• Troubleshoot equipment/machine & process issues and implement corrective actions.
• Coordinate preventive maintenance of equipment/machines and manage critical spare parts.
• Maintain production documentation (SOP, Checklist, QC flowchart etc) and ensure compliance with quality and safety standards.
• Collaborate with Production and Quality departments to support continuous improvement initiatives to manufacturing operations.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to improve OEE, yield, and productivity.
