Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. is hiring a Production Support Engineer for LCD board manufacturing at Bedok South. You will support daily production operations, troubleshoot equipment and processes, and drive improvements to OEE.

Requirements include a Diploma/ Degree in Electronics/ Electrical/ Mechanical/ Mechatronics/ Robotics/ Manufacturing/ Industrial Engineering, or NITEC with 3 years’ relevant experience. Knowledge of manufacturing systems and process improvement is advantageous.

Qualifications

Diploma or Degree in Electronics/ Electrical/ Mechanical/ Mechatronics/ Robotics/ Manufacturing/ Industrial Engineering or related field.
NITEC / Higher NITEC with minimum 3 years relevant engineering experience.

Responsibilities

Support daily production manufacturing operations to achieve production, quality, and efficiency targets.
Troubleshoot equipment/machine and process issues and implement corrective actions.
Coordinate preventive maintenance of equipment/machines and manage critical spare parts.
Maintain production documentation (SOP, Checklist, QC flowchart) and ensure compliance with quality and safety standards.
Collaborate with Production and Quality departments to support continuous improvement initiatives.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to improve OEE, yield, and productivity.
Plan and coordinate production line re-configurations and conduct process re-validation and report preparation.
Support new product introductions (NPI) and engineering changes.
Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
