Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Production Support Engineer (LCD Board) to join our Bedok South team.

You will support daily production operations, troubleshoot equipment and processes, and coordinate maintenance to ensure quality and safety standards. Ideal candidates hold a Diploma/Degree in Electronics, Electrical, Mechanical, Mechatronics, Robotics, Manufacturing, or Industrial Engineering, or NITEC/Higher NITEC with 3+ years of relevant experience.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in electronics/electrical/mechanical/mechatronics/robotics/manufacturing/industrial engineering.
• NITEC or Higher NITEC with at least 3 years of relevant engineering experience.
• Knowledge of manufacturing systems and equipment maintenance is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Support daily production operations to meet production, quality, and efficiency targets.
• Troubleshoot equipment, machines and processes and implement corrective actions.
• Coordinate preventive maintenance and manage critical spare parts.
• Maintain production documentation (SOP, Checklist, QC flowchart) and ensure quality and safety compliance.
• Collaborate with Production and Quality departments to support continuous improvement initiatives.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to improve OEE, yield and productivity.
• Plan line re-configurations and conduct process re-validation and report preparation.
• Support NPI and engineering changes; handle ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Production Support Engineer (LCD Board)

Location: Bedok South
Working Days: Mon - Fri, 5 days
Working Hours: 8.00 am to 5.30pm
Salary: Basic $3300 to $3700+PB+AWS+Annual Increment

Job scope:

• Support daily production manufacturing operations to achieve production, quality, and efficiency targets.
• Troubleshoot equipment/machine & process issues and implement corrective actions.
• Coordinate preventive maintenance of equipment/machines and manage critical spare parts.
• Maintain production documentation (SOP, Checklist, QC flowchart etc) and ensure compliance with quality and safety standards.
• Collaborate with Production and Quality departments to support continuous improvement initiatives to manufacturing operations.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to improve OEE, yield, and productivity.
• Plan and coordinate production line re-configurations (streamlining) when needed and conduct process re-validation and report preparation.
• Support new product introductions (NPI) and engineering changes.
• Any other Ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• A Diploma or Degree in Electronics/ Electrical/ Mechanical/ Mechatronics/ Robotics/ Manufacturing/ Industrial Engineering, or related field.
• Or NITEC / Higher NITEC with minimum 3 years relevant engineering experience.
• Knowledge in manufacturing system, equipment maintenance, basic troubleshooting, or process improvement is advantageous.
